PBA's Beacon is an elite program for students that provides top beauty industry students with a unique opportunity to gain career insights from leading beauty influencers, and network with owners from the most prestigious salons across the United States. The application process is designed to inspire greatness for a successful career, helping you impress potential employers after you’ve graduated. Applications are evaluated based on professionalism, creativity, and overall content.
Are you eligible to apply?
Cosmetology, barber, esthetics and nail students who are enrolled in an accredited program as of January 1, 2023. (Recent graduates are eligible to apply as long as they were still enrolled between January 1, 2023 and January 19, 2024.) Previous Beacon participants are not eligible to reapply.

- Letter of Recommendation
- Your professional Instagram or TikTok account link
- Video introduction
- Your application fee
